Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Proven experience in building maintenance and janitorial duties; Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods; Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols; Attention to detail and the ability to work independently; Strong organizational skills and time management; Effective communication skills; Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
