Position: Building & Grounds Specialist
About: The Minneapolis Public Housing Authority is seeking a diligent Janitorial and Grounds Maintenance Worker to maintain public housing high-rise buildings and family housing properties, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep. The position also involves performing routine grounds maintenance tasks like lawn care and snow removal to support MPHA’s mission.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED certificate; minimum 1 year of janitorial and grounds maintenance experience preferred; valid driver’s license may be required; strong computer skills, experience with Yardi or similar software, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
