Requirements: Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in New York; Qualified Parking Structure Inspector (QPSI) certification preferred; Minimum of 3+ years experience in building envelope consulting, facade restoration, and structural engineering; Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat Pro; Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
