Requirements: Leadership Experience: Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail; People Focus: Passionate about developing and leading teams, with strong coaching and mentoring skills; Goal-Oriented: Excited by the challenge of driving results, achieving targets, and building a thriving business; Must be 18 years or older
