Requirements: Essential Functions: Mix and serve drinks to patrons directly or through wait staff; Collect money for drinks served; Check identification of customers; Balance cash receipts; Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment; Serve beverages; Clean bars, work areas, and tables; Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails; Serve snacks or food items to customers; Order or requisition liquors and supplies; Remove disruptive customers; Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks; Arrange bottles and glasses for attractive displays; Plan, organize, and control bar operations; Supervise bar staff; Prepare appetizers; Ensure Union Pour Card Certification.
