Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Team player; Authentic; Adaptable; People-first; Engage with customers; Ask and Educate customers about products; Embody Dutch Bros culture; Be Consistent in service; Be Positive and optimistic; Be Reliable and punctual; Help out as needed; Food Handler Permit or Certification; Math skills; Communication proficiency in English; Physical stamina for up to 10-hour shifts, lifting up to 65 lbs, and exposure to varying weather conditions
