Requirements: Essential job functions include striving to create an operation that values Company standards of Guest Service; ensuring every point of contact with the Guest meets or exceeds expectations; creating and contributing to a high-energy environment that promotes maximum engagement and enjoyment for the Family and the Guest; communicating effectively with management and family members; modeling and executing Company practices throughout the operation; demonstrating competence and confidence in making sound effective decisions; ensuring prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines; maintaining complete knowledge of property layouts, menu items, pricing, and service standards; being well organized and able to endure physical movements throughout the work area; performing job functions with minimal supervision; meeting with Chefs to review assignments and inspecting cleanliness and organization of workstations; starting prep work on menu items; organizing various prep items for service.
Benefits: One to two years experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
