Position: Brio-Assistant Server
About: Buca di Beppo, located at 80 S. Regent St, is seeking an Assistant Server to provide assistance to the service, bartending, and host/hostess staff in maintaining smooth guest service operations in the restaurant. The role involves maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment, as well as having complete knowledge of property layouts and table/seat/station numbers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred; strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
