Requirements: One to two years of experience and/or training preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required; ability to maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, and service standards; ability to think clearly and provide service to multiple guests within any given period of time; endurance for abundant physical movements throughout the work area; ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision; strict adherence to state sanitation/health regulations and company standards of operation
