Requirements: Restaurant experience and knowledge; knowledge of the beer industry; knowledge of all restaurant state regulations; understanding of all company policies and procedures; strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant; complete knowledge of restaurant POS back-end systems; strong verbal communications skills; problem-solving skills; attention to detail; ability to execute at a high volume; positive energy and competitive spirit; leadership qualities; reliable and accountable; neat appearance; current TIPS Certification
