Position: Breakfast Line Cook
About: We are currently looking for a Line Cook to prepare great food on the restaurant line. We are looking for an early morning Line Cook that can cook up a great egg and other classic breakfast menu items for our busy hotel guests. Our Cooks prepare the signature, quality food our brand is known for. The ideal line cook cares about the details, remains calm in the face of multiple complicated tickets, and has a willingness to learn new cooking techniques and menu items. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in your work, this may be just the job for you.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of food service regulations; skillfully uses hand tools or machines needed for the position; able to work in a fast-paced environment; able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy; able to stand for extended periods of time; able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
