Position: Breakfast Attendant PT
About: The Complimentary AM Attendant position at Home2 Suites Olive Branch by Aimbridge Hospitality involves providing top-quality service to guests within the hotel’s complimentary breakfast area. The role requires a deep understanding of hotel-brand standards, guest expectations, and the unique features of the hotel and local area.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; minimum legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and completion of a responsible serving course such as TIPs; able to obtain and provide Food Handlers card as required; strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly; knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations; excellent communication and customer service skills; proficiency in basic numerical operations and written communication; demonstrated teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
