Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy; must be willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; must meet legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and pass responsible serving course; ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally; understanding of hotel products and guest services; ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members; basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation standards, guest relations, and etiquette; numerical operations skills; ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions; effective customer service skills with high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy
