Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; ability to convey information clearly; adept at evaluating and selecting among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately; effective in high-pressure situations; skilled at listening, understanding, and addressing concerns raised by co-workers and guests; proficiency in working with financial data and basic arithmetic functions; ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
