Position: Breakfast Attendant
About: Hyatt House Mount Laurel, located at 3000 Crawford Pl, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054, is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to provide exceptional service to guests in the complimentary breakfast area of the hotel.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in a hotel or related field preferred; willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; legal age to serve alcohol and completion of responsible serving course; ability to obtain and provide Food Handlers card; ability to handle stressful situations calmly; understanding of hotel products and guest services; excellent communication skills with guests and team members; positive attitude and service-oriented; basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards; numerical operations proficiency; basic reading and writing skills; effective customer service skills with patience, tact, and diplomacy; willingness to learn, support team members, and maintain a positive demeanor.
