Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and valid responsible serving certification such as TIPs; obtain and provide Food Handlers card as required; ability to handle stressful situations with a positive and professional attitude; understanding of hotel products and services; basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette; proficient in producing quality drinks; effective communication and customer service skills; numeracy skills for basic calculations; ability to deal with customers and staff with patience, tact, and diplomacy
