Position: Breakfast Attendant
About: La Quinta Chicago Downtown, a property managed by Highgate Hotels, is seeking a dedicated and attentive Breakfast Attendant to provide exceptional service to guests in the complimentary breakfast area of the hotel located in Chicago, IL.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in a hotel or related field is a plus; willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; legal age to serve alcohol and completion of responsible serving course such as TIPs; ability to handle stressful situations calmly; understanding of hotel products and guest services; excellent communication skills with guests and team members; positive attitude and service-oriented approach; basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, guest relations, and etiquette; proficiency in numerical operations and basic written communication; patience, tact, and diplomacy in customer interactions; willingness to learn and support team members effectively.
