About: Altitude Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant Baker to join their team. The role involves assisting the Head Baker in producing a variety of bakery items, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring quality and consistency in menu items.
Requirements: Basic baking knowledge (knife use, scaling, mixing methods, bread shaping, following recipes and math skills); Flexible schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays; Knowledge of safe food handling practices; Ability to work in a team setting and fast-paced environment; Excellent communication skills
