Position: Bread Baker
About: Common Bond Cafe is hiring a Bread Baker to join their Bread team. The ideal candidate will be highly knowledgeable in all aspects of artisanal breads including shaping, braiding, proofing, scoring, and baking. They will work closely with the Head Baker to ensure timely production meeting company standards and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; extensive experience with producing artisanal breads and various types of bread products; extensive experience using commercial baking equipment such as ovens, proofers, and mixers; Food Handler’s Certification where required; ability to work standing for an 8-hour shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and work early morning shifts
