Position: Bread Baker
About: The Global Ambassador Hotel, a Michelin Key luxury destination in Phoenix, is looking for a skilled Baker to join their team. The hotel is known for redefining urban hospitality, offering a unique and sophisticated experience that combines exquisite service, luxurious amenities, and a vibrant community atmosphere. Their focus is on providing an extraordinary stay that sets new standards for luxury and service.
Requirements: 2+ years high-volume baking experience in restaurants or hotels; knowledge of scratch baking methods, techniques, and specialty ingredients; attention to detail and pride in work; exceptional sanitation and organizational skills; ability to repetitively lift 30 pounds bags of flour, mixing bowls, etc; reliability to work assigned overnight shifts with minimal supervision; culinary degree preferred but not required
