Position: Bread Baker
About: Common Bond Cafe, a renowned bakery with a dedication to artisanal bread production, is seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join their Bread team. The Baker will collaborate closely with the Head Baker to ensure the timely production of high-quality baked goods while upholding exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards at their location in Houston, Texas.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; extensive experience with producing artisanal breads and various bread products; extensive experience using commercial baking equipment such as ovens, proofers, and mixers; Food Handler’s Certification where required; ability to work an 8-hour shift standing up; flexibility for early morning shifts; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
