Position: Bravo-Bartender
About: Earl Enterprises, a leading restaurant group that has successfully revitalized the iconic Italian restaurant brands of Buca di Beppo and Bertucci’s, is seeking a Bartender to join their reinvigorated Brio and Bravo brands. This role involves preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests in accordance with company standards, while maintaining the bar area equipment and upholding the Company’s culture and philosophy.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in bartending preferred; strong knowledge of drink preparation and service; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to follow opening and closing checklists
