Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 8+ years of commercial experience (finance, sales, marketing, etc.) or 6+ years of commercial experience + MBA; demonstrated creativity, curiosity, and strategic thinking skills; demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills; results-oriented with a strong ability to influence others; high level of initiative, assertiveness, and self-direction; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously while delivering strong results
