Position: Brand Ambassador

Requirements: 1+ years of customer service experience; understanding of the ridesharing industry, especially Lyft; accountable self-starter with excellent organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities; adaptable to changing environments; proficient in Email, Google Docs, and Google Spreadsheets; strong communication skills; ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends; preferred qualifications include experience in customer interaction, enjoyment of outdoor work, empathetic customer-focused personality, ability to de-escalate tense situations, bilingual skills; commitment to a part-time, 4-day contract role onsite at the Las Vegas airport.
