Position: Branch Office Administrator

As a Client Support Team Professional, you play a crucial role alongside the financial advisor, being the first point of contact for clients. Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, proactively identifying their needs, and collaborating with the financial advisor to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to deepen and broaden client relationships; ability to identify opportunities to create efficiency; strong ability to work independently; ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment; proficient in current and new office technology; willingness to learn how financial services/markets work
