Position: Branch Manager- Huntington, NY
About: Apple Bank, located in Huntington, New York, is seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring quality customer service and aligning results with the bank’s business objectives. The Branch Manager is responsible for driving new client acquisition, deposit gathering, and market share growth while upholding ethical sales practices and regulatory compliance.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; 7+ years of banking and operations experience, with at least 5 years in a management role; proven management record in banking or financial services; excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills; effective leadership and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software; comprehensive knowledge of branch operations and retail services; ability to manage multiple ad hoc assignments; qualified to be licensed as a Notary Public in NY; may need insurance license for approved products
