Requirements: Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the construction or concrete accessories industry; In-depth knowledge of rebar and rebar fabrication processes; Strong leadership and team management skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in inventory management and sales forecasting; Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; Strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
