About: Main Event Entertainment is a lively entertainment center where Bowl Attendants play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, providing information on activities and specials, and ensuring a memorable experience. The team focuses on maintaining safety standards while delivering exceptional service and fun interactions.
Requirements: Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not required; Guest focused mindset; Teamwork is a must; Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills; Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business; Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests; Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
