Position: Bowl Attendant
About: Main Event Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic Bowl Attendants to create a welcoming environment for guests, provide information on activities and specials, and ensure a fun and memorable experience. The role involves maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, assisting guests with activities, troubleshooting lane issues, and processing transactions. Main Event Team Members are encouraged to deliver exceptional service and uphold the highest safety measures in a dynamic and entertaining setting.
Requirements: Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not required; Guest-focused mindset; Teamwork skills are essential; Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities; Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems; Effective communication with management, team members, and guests; Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
