Position: Bourbon Steak Host/Hostess (PT)
About: JW Marriott Turnberry Miami Resort & Spa – Aventura, FL is seeking a dedicated Bourbon Steak Host/Hostess to ensure guest arrival and seating occurs efficiently, setting the tone for a delightful dining experience with personalized service. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor suitable for a luxury environment and possess previous experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting. They must be familiar with reservation systems like Open Table and be of legal age to serve alcohol.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment; experience working in a luxury restaurant is a plus; previous food and beverage experience in a luxury hotel environment is a plus; basic computer knowledge (Micros or other POS systems); must have Open Table reservation system experience; must be of minimum legal age to serve alcohol according to state law
