Requirements: 2 years’ experience bartending in a fine dining restaurant required; excellent knowledge of all beverage products; previous point of sale system experience an asset; excellent communication and organizational skills; strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; highly responsible and reliable; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team; ability to focus attention on guest needs and remain calm and courteous at all times; adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines
