Position: Bourbon Pub – Line Cooks
About: The Cook position at our establishment focuses on providing a supreme dining experience by preparing high-quality meals and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The role emphasizes cleanliness, adherence to recipes, and maintaining a safe work environment. The Cook must excel under pressure, be detail-oriented, and possess strong multitasking abilities.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; training from a culinary school will be an asset; minimum of 1 year of closely related cooking experience; experience in high volume or fast-casual dining preferred; ability to communicate effectively with customers; may require a food handler’s card as per local/state regulations; able to work independently for extended periods; proficient in reading, writing, and mathematics; capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs and engaging in physical tasks such as standing, bending, and climbing; must stand for long periods and work in varied temperatures
