Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing plant; experience in a unionized environment is advantageous; exceptional organization and interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple priorities; strong coordination skills with different departments and management levels; customer-oriented mindset both internally and externally.
