Position: BOS Bakers
About: Dunkin’ is seeking a Baker to be responsible for the production of various bakery items, including donuts, muffins, croissants, and more. This is an overnight position that requires independence and attention to detail in production areas, equipment maintenance, and food safety standards compliance. The ideal candidate should be responsible, punctual, self-motivated, and organized, with the ability to fulfill donut finishing tasks and maintain cleanliness in the work area and equipment. Physical requirements include hearing, speaking, seeing, carrying, bending, walking, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 30 pounds, and standing for 4 to 8 hours.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to work independently and meet production needs; clean and organized work ethic; physical ability to carry out job requirements with or without accommodations
