Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in law enforcement or related field preferred; U.S. citizenship required; primary U.S. residency for at least three of the last five years; must be under 40 years of age at time of selection; fluency in English and Spanish required; successful completion of training at the Border Patrol Academy; ability to handle stressful situations and make sound judgments; effective communication and decision-making skills
