Position: BOH Team Member/Cook
About: The BOH Team member/Cook position is responsible for all aspects related to the fryers and wok station at a Korean chicken restaurant. The role involves ensuring the proper cooking of items, maintaining fryers for longevity, and following recipes for high-quality dishes. Responsibilities include operating fryers, filtering oil, preparing batter, managing inventory, and cooking wok dishes according to recipes.
Requirements: Ability to remain in an upright stationary position for extended hours; capability to move around the restaurant frequently and lift items up to fifty pounds; proficiency in reading, writing, and observing details; experience in a kitchen environment preferred
