Position: BOH-Prep Cook
About: Roberta’s, a renowned establishment that opened in 2008 and made significant contributions to the boroughs’ food scene with its Neapolitan style wood-fired pizzas, creative cocktails, and natural wine program, is seeking a Prep Cook to join their expanding team. Requirements: Following a daily prep list; Following DOH standards; Punctuality and reliability; Being detail-oriented and organized; Labeling and storing items properly; Reporting low food or beverage items to shift lead; Desire to learn and grow; Applicants should have at least 1 year of kitchen experience; Great attitude, respectful, and a team player; Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift at least 50 pounds; Must be able to work in a high-volume environment
