About: FIRE is a bold tasting menu experience pushing fire and its transformative power in cooking. Chef Achatz magnifies open fire cooking techniques including ember cooking, ash-salt crusting, Patagonia-style asado crosses, and bringing back the iron presses. The company is focused on creating a unique culinary concept.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of experience in a support (dish, porter) role; ability to work in a fast-paced, chef-driven environment; strong communication skills and attention to detail; operation experience (dish machines, cleaning tools); ability to think quickly and efficiently in high-pressure situations; ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision; bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus
