About: FIRE is a bold tasting menu experience focused on pushing the boundaries of fire and its transformative power in cooking. The concept, created by Chef Achatz, highlights open fire cooking techniques including ember cooking, ash-salt crusting, Patagonia-style asado crosses, and iron press cooking, exploring a range of temperatures for culinary innovation.
Requirements: Unprecedented work ethic; 1+ years of experience in a support (dish, porter) role; Ability to work well in a fast-paced, chef-driven environment; Strong communication skills and attention to detail; Experience with operating dish machines and cleaning tools; Ability to think quickly and efficiently in high-pressure situations; Capability to perform job functions with minimal supervision; Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus
