Position: BOH Distribution Managers
About: Sodexo Live, a brand dedicated to the sports, events, and hospitality industry, is looking for (2) Hourly Distribution Managers at NOLA Convention Center, one for the AM shift and one for the PM shift. The managers will support the stewarding team in supervising non-food production areas of the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and inventory of banqueting and service items.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years supervisory experience in a food service environment preferred; ability to understand and implement instructions effectively; strong team orientation; ability to work independently and in a high-stress environment; mathematical skills for calculations; proficient in the primary language used by guests; technology aptitude for working with automated inventory system; scheduling flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to work safely in various kitchen conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
