Position: BOH/Broil/Cook/Line Cook
About: Los Angeles International Airport located at 1 World Way, Terminal 2, Space 229 in Los Angeles, CA 90045 is seeking a Line Cook to join their team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing food according to recipe requirements, adhering to product sensitivities and plate presentations, and ensuring all food meets Jackmont’s standards of excellence.
Requirements: Must be able to pass standard TSA badging requirements to work in the airport; Must be able to prepare recipes to specifications as given by Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine; Ability to lift and carry products of up to 70 lbs. up to 20 times per shift; Must have knowledge of HACCP and other safety regulations; Must be able to hear kitchen expeditor and/or manager requests in the midst of loud background noise
