Position: Blue Ribbon Sushi – General Manager – GVR
About: Blue Ribbon Sushi is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest service and team management. The role involves maintaining inventory levels, collaborating on menu changes, and interacting with guests to enhance their dining experience.
Requirements: Minimum five (5) years previous Food and Beverage management experience in a fine dining and high-paced environment preferred; Extensive Sake, Wine, Beer and Spirit Knowledge Preferred; Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management; Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate Team Members to deliver a memorable service experience; Extensive experience with training new hires and continual training to develop staff; Understanding of sales goals, production pars, and quality control; Must have the ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and work independently; Must have open availability to work on different shifts, weekends, and holidays
