Position: BIT (Barista in Training) – Grand Central
About: Joe Coffee is seeking curious and committed individuals to join their team as Baristas in Training (BITs) with a focus on specialty coffee. The ideal candidate should have a passion for learning about coffee and aspire to become a certified barista at Joe Coffee. They should possess excellent customer service skills and exhibit traits of reliability, friendliness, efficiency, and teamwork.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; eagerness to learn about coffee and specialty coffee preparation; interest in becoming a certified barista; strong customer service orientation; reliability, friendliness, and ability to work well in a team; prior coffee shop experience desired; experience in serving guests; ability to work a flexible schedule
