Position: Bistro Team Member
About: The Bistro at Courtyard is a chic, fast-casual concept restaurant offering an eclectic menu including a variety of refreshing to-go options as well as full sit-down fare including cocktails, wine, beer, and Starbucks coffee. Bistro Team Members master a wide variety of food & beverage functions, from serving coffee and other beverages (including alcohol), to preparing ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. Responsibilities include order processing, payment collection, busing, cleaning, resetting tables, delivering food to guests, and general cleaning and maintenance of food and beverage prep areas. The role also involves following safety and security policies, maintaining cleanliness, assisting guests, and collaborating with team members to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required; no related work experience required but previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred; ability to move objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and over 50 pounds with assistance; standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods; adherence to quality standards; clear and professional communication skills
