Position: Bistro Server
About: Managed by HHM Hotels, this opportunity is for a Bistro Server to serve food and/or beverage to guests in a courteous and friendly manner in accordance with established brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards. The role includes setting up supplies, taking orders, communicating meal requirements to the kitchen, preparing food and beverages, handling cash transactions, cleaning equipment and areas, ensuring guest satisfaction, and following safety and alcohol serving guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous food and beverage experience or equivalent training required
