Position: Bistro Cook
About: The Bistro Cook position at our establishment involves preparing and serving food from the grill, pizza, salad, and fry areas of the Bistro. The role may also include preparing food items for future concepts and catering services as needed. Additionally, the position involves daily performance of food service worker duties.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED certificate preferred; three (3) years of experience in food preparation from a grill in a high-volume setting required; National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation for ServSafe Protection Certification required or must obtain within first 6 to 12 months of employment and maintain throughout employment; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; ability to read and understand recipes including culinary math; ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and deadlines.
