Position: Bistro Cook
About: The Bistro Cook position involves preparing and serving food from the grill, pizza, salad, and fry areas of the Bistro, with occasional food preparation for future concepts and catering services as needed. Additionally, the role includes performing daily food service worker tasks.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED certificate preferred; three (3) years of experience in food preparation from a grill in a high-volume setting required; National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation for ServSafe Protection Certification required or obtainable within the first 6 to 12 months of employment; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; proficiency in reading and understanding recipes including culinary math; ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and deadlines.
