Position: BISTRO BAR ATTENDANT – COURTYARD – DOLPHIN MALL
About: This role reports to the Lounge Manager, Assistant GM, Director of Food and Beverage, and Restaurant Manager, with a shift from 4pm to 11pm (subject to change based on business needs). The job purpose is to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following standard recipes, and promote food sales. Responsibilities include mixing ingredients, serving beverages and food, handling payments, ordering supplies, maintaining bar cleanliness, and providing excellent guest service. Job skills required include basic math for handling costs and change, effective communication, physical stamina for standing or walking for extended periods, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift and carry heavy items. If functioning in a Lead Capacity, the role involves overseeing assigned associates and ensuring their performance in the absence of the Supervisor. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Education: – HS Diploma or equivalent Experience: – Previous bartending experience preferred Licenses/Certifications: – Must have TIPS certification and meet state law age requirements for tending bar
