Position: Birthday Party and Events Host
About: Michaels Store in DENHAM SPRINGS, LA is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and facilitate various events, including kids’ birthday parties, in a stress-free and engaging environment for guests. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with shopping, and ensuring a friendly checkout experience. Operational tasks such as truck unload, merchandise duties, and store maintenance are part of the responsibilities to uphold the company’s Brand Promises.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience working with children and in event coordination; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and interact effectively with customers of all ages; retail or customer service experience preferred
