Position: Binion’s Steakhouse Bartender (Horseshoe Bossier) Full-Time
About: Responsible for providing friendly and excellent service to customers at a bar, preparing and pouring drinks accurately, and handling cash transactions. Must have the capability to learn entertainment pouring and engage customers professionally. This position requires previous experience as a bartender and the ability to work any shift.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age; Two (2) years previous experience as a bartender is required; High school degree or equivalent is preferred; Must have dexterity and capability to learn entertainment pouring; Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner; Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills; Must present a professional and pleasant appearance; Must be able to work any day, any shift; Must be willing to participate in on-going training in the beverage field; Must have knowledge of current property events, promotions, and attractions; Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
